Director of Identity
St Edward's College
- Temporary Full-time
- 3 point Senior Leadership Position
- 12 month contract, commencing January 2027
The Principal, Mr Mark Bonnici, invites suitably qualified leaders to submit their application for the position of Director of Identity. This is a Senior Leadership position in the College and is commensurate with the equivalent of a 3-point allocation in time and salary. The successful applicant will also maintain an appropriate teaching load.
The Director of Identity is a senior leader who advances the Catholic mission and Edmund Rice identity of the College. Working closely with the Principal, the Director of Identity provides strategic leadership to ensure the Charter for Catholic Schools in the Edmund Rice Tradition and the EREA Touchstones are embedded in the culture, practices and priorities of the College.
The Director of Identity leads faith formation, identity development and professional learning initiatives that strengthen staff capability and support the holistic formation of young people. As an exemplary educator, the Director of Identity models excellence in teaching and learning, mentors staff, supports teacher accreditation, and contributes to the continuous improvement of educational outcomes across the College.
